Terms and Conditions

The following are the Terms and Conditions of any order placed with Urban Salida. When you are placing any order on Urban Salida, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Mode of Payment:

You can make payment using the followings cards:

    • Visa / Electron /Delta
    • Maestro/Switch/Solo
    • Mastercard
    • PayPal

We only accept payment through online. We do not accept any offline payment methods.

Buying Products:

Our all products prices are inclusive of VAT and Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process when you choose your preferred delivery method.

We trying our best to have accurate pricing and availability information on all the products that are available on the website, But some time a small number of the products in our catalogue may be mis-priced or have inaccurate stock availability information due to some software. At that point we do verify prices, and will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order, so you may ultimately decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.

We may update the price of any product at any time before you place an order. If the products you have ordered are not in stock, we will send an e-mail to inform you regarding new price and then you may cancel your order. We try our best to accurately estimate when items will be prepared for shipping and/or delivered, As these estimates are based on many factors over which we have no control and as such, time for despatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only.

Note: All transactions will be subject to UK VAT.

Return and Right to Cancel Policy

Right to Cancel

You can cancel your order/contract with Urban Salida within 7 working days of delivery when as per the guidance set out in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. (DSR). You should inform Urban Salida in writing, ether by post or email.

You are responsible for returning the goods in a original condition at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or mis-described.

The product must not have been used and any sign of use, must be complete with all parts and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note: if above conditions are not met we may not accept returned products, You will be credited with a full refund within 28 days of notifying Urban Salida of the cancellation. Please ensure that all returns are wrapped and packaged securely. We cannot take any responsibility for any units that have been damaged in transit. Any item returned from countries outside of the EU must be clearly labelled as ‘Returned Item’

Return

Faulty Products are return with in 15 days of purchase, If your products arrive faulty, you have 15 days to inform us in order to claim refund or exchange.

 Products should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. When we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

 Unwanted Products are return with in 15 days of purchase, If you changed your mind, you have 15 days to inform us in order to claim refund or exchange - you are responsible for return postage cost.

 Products should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. When we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

 If you return a product to us that is not in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you, or charge you accordingly to cover the cost of damage/used.

 We cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened. This is applicable to:

  • Screen Protector
  • Tempered Glasses
  • All types of ear phone / Headset
  • Memory /Media Cards
  • Designer Cases with Stones / Sparkles
  • Earnings

 We do our best for replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 15 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.

Your Information

By Submitting online order form / registration form, You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name, email address, telephone number and address, to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil your order.

Online Contract Agreement

By completing and submitting the online order form you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and are making an offer to purchase products from Urban Salida.

 Urban Salida will make acceptance to your order and make it complete when we send the despatch confirmation e-mail to provided email during the making order online on our website.

Fraud Policy

Urban Salida will not accept any attempts to buy the products by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Age Policy

Any orders placed by those aged under 18 must be with the consent of a parent or carer.

Any information provide by the child must be with the consent of a parent or carer.

The cardholder must be available to give information in cases where an under 18 is ordering.

Delivery Policy

Delivery of Products

All order placed before 12pm, will be dispatched same day and order placed after that will be dispatched next day. We are using Royal Mail Delivery services and all the delivery option are available during the checkout process, where you can choose the options you want.

Working Days are classified as Monday to Friday.  If you order on Thursday then 5 days will be following Thursday.

We are aiming fast delivery service but it may delay due to several factors by the service providers, Urban Salida is not responsible if that varies. In some cases , we reserve the right to change the delivery provider.

If goods are returned to Urban Salida  because of a failed delivery for any reason, the delivery cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra delivery costs incurred to re-send goods.

All orders sent outside of the UK and EU are shipped may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 If customer refuses to pay the any import duty against your shipment, and the shipment being returned to Urban Salida, then all related returns charges plus a minimum administration fee of £10.00 would be charged against your final refund amount.

 Lost or Delayed Deliveries:

If you have not received the delivery of your products with in 15 days from the date of order, you must inform Urban Salida customer service for the delay or loss.

And then we will look into the issue and arrange re-delivery or refund,

The non-delivery declaration from must be returned complete before a refund/re-delivery can be authorised.

The declaration form will be sent to the email address supplied with the initial order.

All the images provided on our site are reproduced with a view to explain our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs and colours may vary slightly, as shown on the website and when you received the original products.
